No customer approach, service and contact. First contact in June 2023. Payment in mid July 2023 installation end September 2023. The issue is not the delay only ( they do advertise 6 weeks for the whole process ) the real problem is the attitude of the company to customers.

Svartsengi Power Plant

The power plant in Svartsengi is the first mixed geothermal power plant in Iceland, but it produces both electricity and hot water. Geothermal production began in 1976, and the power plant was later built in six phases over more than three decades.

Reykjanes Power Plant

Unlike the power plant in Svartsengi, Reykjanesvirkjun is only a power plant consisting of two 50 MW dual-flow turbines with sea-cooled condensers, but such a system was a novelty in Iceland at the time when the power plant was built.
